Tysons Corner, VA–
So as many may have found out over the past couple of years, the Tysons Corner areas has undergone a major revamp on the food and beverage side of things. New additions just outside of the mall anchored by Earl’s and Eddie V’s, but for sometime now the Tysons Galleria on the other side of Route 123 has maintained its same food options for many years, that was until the new Isabella Eatery became a hit with its Grand Opening party.
If you have ever had to the chance to try one Mike Isbella’s restaurants throughout the Washington, D.C area, you will be welcomed with all of the senses of amazing tastes from all of his restaurants all in a space that encompasses the old food court area and much, much more!! This place is so cutting edge, they created their own entrance for this dining delight.
The entire concept is different than anything Tysons has seen before, said Isabella. I wanted diners familiar with my concepts in D.C to not have to drive to enjoy what they like, I mean they can if they like, but now everyone has an opportunity to dine and have drinks from all different regions.
He wasn’t joking when he meant everywhere, the Requin bar and the Aaroz will have you inspired to create some of your own Mediterranean and Mexican creations at home. With the extremely reasonable prices on all of the food items and the amazing craft cocktail list, which is different at each outpost, you most likely will not want to do any of this at home.
Isabella said Arroz should come online “before Christmas.” Yona, Pepita, and Requin raw bar are now slated to debut after Christmas but before the end of the year. The final puzzle piece that is the main dining hall is now expected to open in January 2018.
If you like his pizza, Graffiato will offer a different style then his other locations, it will be more a focaccia style with offerings such as American and Porky’s, which is most definitely going to be a quick favorite of all guests. Their cocktail offerings including the Aperol Spritz featuring Aperol, Orange Juice, Lemon and Proseco.
Lets not forget about desert. His amazing options include his big hit of the night, craft Ice Cream. How about 18 rotating flavors that is sure to leave your taste buds craving more. The Maple Bacon is heaven in a cup. Don’t sleep on their coffee and pastry options either. These inspirations come from Isabella working at Carvel as a kid.
Anyway you decide to fill your plate, this place is going to be on the long list of places to come back to time after time, as each offering will have you craving more and more and more.. You get the idea. Just get in there before and after the holidays, you will be glad you did.
