Denver, CO–

There have been a few things that don’t quite add up for the Wizards this season. One night they find ways to shoot the lights out, the next night there are troubles finding ways to get baskets when they need to.

Besides digging out of a hole again tonight, the performance wasn’t all that bad, the final results were. Another L in the place that should have been a W and now a 5-10 record.

The Nuggets who are off to their best 15 game start in franchise history have found some good chemistry with guys like Jerami Grant and the Joker.

Will Barton had 17 points, eight rebounds and eight assists, Jamal Murray added 16 points, and Mason Plumlee scored 15 for the Nuggets, who are 10-1 in November and ended a three-game home losing streak against the Wizards.

“I think we’re just jelling as a team,” Grant said. “I think everyone is coming out and doing their own job. And that’s making it easy.”

Bradley Beal, who had a rare off night, was held to 14 points on 6-for-15 shooting. He was 2-of-10 from behind the 3-point line.

Jordan McRae had 21 points, and Moritz Wagner and Davis Bertans each finished with 14.
