Washington, D.C–

You know fall is in the air when the NBA Season schedule is released and today was that day for the Washington Wizards as they announced their 207-18 schedule.

Of note for this upcoming season is the amount of Nationally Televised games that are on the schedule. Including the big one, Christmas day against the Celtics in Boston. They also play a matinee game on New Year Eve against the Bulls at Capital One Bank Arena.

The Wizards’ first two games will be at home, the second on Oct. 20 against the Pistons. They then go on a very early road trip out west with games at the Nuggets, Lakers, Warriors and Kings.

Where the schedule most matters for the Wizards is towards the end of the season when the Playoff seeding could be most important. Most importantly are their final five games where they will play at Houston, at Cleveland and at home against Boston. The Cavs and Celtics games will be on TNT. All four of the Wizards’ games against their rival Boston Celtics will be nationally televised.
